Ages 18+ years old-$85 (T-shirt included)
Ages 13-17 years old-$60 (T-shirt included)
Ages 4-12 years old-$35 (T-shirt included)
Ages 0-3 years old-$10 (for T-Shirt) Registration Packet
Payments will be accepted November 01, 2017-June 15, 2018
Please complete this entire form and return it with your Registration Fees via one of the options below. An advance non- refundable deposit of $50 per family/ household is due by February 15, 2018. The remaining balance is due on or before June 15, 2018. The deadline to register is June 15, 2018. No payments can be accepted at the reunion. All payments must be made in advance in order to attend.
Registration fee Includes: Entry to All Family Reunion Events plus t-shirt included (Friday, Meet ‘n Greet; Saturday Picnic & Banquet). Extra T-shirts can be ordered for an additional fee. Amount varies depending on the size.
